1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, utilizing our custom instant estimator, or securing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Wiregrass Gutters, LLC operates in the State of Alabama and provides project management and coordination for residential and commercial gutter installations.

2. Service Estimates and Adjustments

Our initial estimates are generated remotely using satellite imagery and user-provided inputs to calculate linear footage.

Subject to Verification: All instant online estimates are preliminary. Your exact quote is issued after the owner manually verifies your property via satellite imagery; no in-person visit is required. Color selection is confirmed with you prior to final material ordering.

Additional Work: If unforeseen issues are found at installation (such as rotted fascia board requiring replacement before the gutters are hung), Wiregrass Gutters, LLC will provide a revised quote for the necessary carpentry repairs. No additional work will be performed without homeowner approval.

3. Subcontracted Labor

Wiregrass Gutters, LLC acts as the general project manager. All physical installation, carpentry, and material delivery is fulfilled by fully insured, independent 1099 subcontractor crews. We require all subcontractors to maintain active General Liability insurance.

4. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive operational SMS text messages from Wiregrass Gutters, LLC related to your quote, project scheduling, and billing.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your project status.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. After sending STOP, you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out.

5. Payment Terms

A deposit is required to secure your place on our installation calendar and initiate custom material orders (e.g., custom-colored aluminum coil). Final payment is due immediately upon project completion and is processed securely via our invoicing platform.

6. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Wiregrass Gutters, LLC facilitates the fulfillment of seamless gutter systems. Warranties on physical materials are provided by the manufacturer (e.g., standard aluminum coil warranties). Workmanship warranties covering pitch, leak prevention at seams, and hanger spacing are honored for the duration specified in your final contract. Wiregrass Gutters, LLC is not liable for pre-existing structural damage to the roof or fascia.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Houston County, Alabama.
