• Property Information: Address details and satellite imagery (sourced via Google Maps and Roofr) used to calculate linear footage and estimate project costs.
• Payment Information: Processed securely through our third-party field service management software (Jobber); we do not directly store your credit card details.
• Website Usage Information: How you use and interact with our website, such as pages visited, clicks, scrolling, and device and browser details, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Sections 5 and 6).
• Chat Messages: Questions you type into the chat assistant on our website (see Section 7).

2. How We Use Your Information

• Generate accurate digital quotes for seamless aluminum gutters, leaf guards, and related services.
• Communicate with you regarding estimates, scheduling, and billing via email and SMS text messaging.

Mobile information and SMS consent will not be shared with, sold to, or distributed to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile number and SMS consent are shared only with internal operational partners (such as our CRM, Jobber, and our communication gateway, Twilio) strictly for the purpose of fulfilling your requested service.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard digital security measures. Quotes and customer data are managed through encrypted, enterprise-grade software platforms to protect against unauthorized access.

5. Website Analytics and Advertising (Microsoft Clarity)

We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud/security purposes, and advertising.

6. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our website, such as which pages are viewed and how estimate requests are started and completed. Google Tag Manager is the tool we use to manage these website tags. We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure the results of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram and to show relevant ads to people who have visited our website.

7. Website Chat Assistant (Google Gemini)

Our website offers an AI chat assistant that answers questions about our services, the instant estimator, and how to contact us. Answers are generated automatically by Google's Gemini AI service based on information about our company. They may contain mistakes and are not a quote or a commitment; prices and project details are confirmed by our team.

When you use the chat, the messages in your current conversation are sent through our website to Google to generate each answer. We do not save chat conversations in a database or link them to your estimate or contact information, and the conversation is cleared when you reload the page or leave our website. The chat does not ask for your name, email address, or phone number. Please do not enter personal, payment, or other sensitive information in the chat.

Our website analytics record that the chat was opened or used, but not what you wrote. We use Google's paid Gemini API service, under which Google does not use chat messages to train or improve its products. Google may keep messages for a limited time to detect abuse and meet legal requirements, and processes them under its own terms and privacy policy.
